Ted Kurello, CIM®
Portfolio Manager, IA Private Wealth Inc.
Insurance Advisor*, IA Private Wealth Insurance Inc.
Ted completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1987, when he was still at IBM, with the intention to better understand his own personal investments. Six years later, he decided to pursue a career as a financial advisor and began to build his practice, one family at a time. Because of his caring, competent, and committed approach, many of those families have been clients for over 25 years. Driven to offer more to his clients, he became a Portfolio Manager in 2014.
Ted graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science and then furthered his education by traveling and working in Europe for over a year. Ted has always enjoyed being active, playing football and being on the track team at St. Michael Power HS in Toronto. Later, he completed a full marathon and reached his goal of completion in under 4 hours. This showed him the importance of setting a goal, building a plan to achieve it, and then living the daily discipline – much like what he discusses with his clients.
Ted loves his family, especially treasuring the time he shares with his children and grandchildren. He enjoys golf and travelling and hopes to one day visit New Zealand and Australia.

Insurance Advisor*, IA Private Welath Insurance
Andrew joined the Braestone team in October 2020 as an Investment Advisor. He is focusing his time on expanding client reach to more families and individuals. Growing up, Andrew had a curiosity to understand how things work, why they fit together and how they can be improved. Initially, this guided him into the engineering field, as a Certified Engineering Technologist, where he worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years.
Andrew decided to make a change after feeling like he needed more from his career; he wanted to make a difference in peoples' lives. Transitioning to become a financial advisor has given him that opportunity. His experience with problem solving, analysis and planning have proven to be valuable when taking the time to understand what is truly important to his clients.
Outside of the business, he spends most of his time with his wife Samantha, their two children Cooper and Scottlyn and Golden Retriever, Bala. With the last name Seaman, it is only natural for him to love sailing; he also enjoys a good round of golf, playing hockey and spending time with friends and family. Andrew believes in being active within his community and enjoys being a proud member of the local Rotary Club and the Innisfil 100 Men Who Give A Damn.
